Recognizing that there was a need for a document imaging system that addressed the requirements of the credit union industry, Phoenix Corporate Services, Inc. designed and developed DOC-CU-MENT.   This system provides for retrieving of various types of documents, such as cancelled checks by using a number of different keys (e.g. account number, check number,  dates, etc.).  Also, the system provides for emailing and faxing of documents, as well.  In addition, Phoenix Corporate Services, Inc. also offers high-speed scanning services to help with getting archived documents scanned and available for use in a timely manner.  These scanning services are also offered to provide for scanning of additional documents as they become available.

Although the system was designed for the credit union industry, it is easily adaptable to any industry or organization.
