needed a comprehensive system for providing and approving quotes for their
prospective clients. Since housing material pricing and transportation
costs can change almost overnight, a timely method for updating the pricing
database at each remote location was needed. In addition, once an
initial quote is completed it must be reviewed and approved by corporate
sales, before construction can begin. Phoenix Corporate Services, Inc.
analyzed the workflow process and requirements of the client and developed a
solution. The solution was an automated quote system that utilized the
Internet as a communications medium for updating and maintaining the remote
