of Phoenix Corporate Services, Inc.'s clients offers regulatory and
tax reporting services for various trucking operations. This service
involves completing numerous forms for different state and federal agencies
and the filing of these forms with the respective agencies. As their business grew, it
became evident that manually maintaining their client records on index cards
was becoming increasing inefficient. The manual effort required to
complete the various forms was also restricting their ability to complete these
